D Dryers and washing machine endurance test rig runs endurance assessment according to laboratory internal standard. Tests are run in an accurate test rig that automatically measures and collects data from the dryer or washing machine in real time during the cycles. Our test rigs are already in operation in manufacturing plants in Europe, USA, Far east and South America.

Fabric care (dryer and washing machine) endurance test rigs are hardware and software systems that are specifically manufactured for assessing appliance feature reliability over time . Test rig includes a software allowing test measurement recordings, alarms on thresholds and reporting data on a central database. Endurance test rig includes hardware and software enabling home appliance life test execution flexibility. Standard measured values are temperature, drum speed, voltage, current, power, energy, water consumption.

  • National Instruments data acquisition measurement system with modules for thermocouples, analog inputs and digital I/O
  • Sensors: temperature (8 plain thermocouples and 4 insulated), drum speed (1 counter input), voltage, current, power and energy (2 analog inputs)
  • Water counter meter (2 counter inputs)
  • Programmable voltage generator with variable frequency and voltage
  • Hardware interface to dryer or washing machine’s control board
  • PC workstation
