Durability testing of kitchen appliances (ovens, cookers and food preparation appliances) is a hardware and software system that is specifically designed to assess the reliability of the appliance over time.

The test bench includes software that allows the recording of test measurements, input alarms and reported data using a central database. The durability test includes hardware and software that allows flexibility in the life testing of the kitchen appliance.

The software allows the definition of the cooking programme and can be managed automatically using relay outputs from the system. The cookers can automatically manage cooking programmes for hours, days or weeks depending on how the user of the software has defined them.
