Static and dynamic structural monitoring

For years we have been developing systems for static and dynamic structural monitoring for different types of buildings and structures, producing products for monitoring and analysing vibrations and deformations, as well as customised systems for special applications. Collaborations with prestigious universities and superintendencies have allowed us to create libraries dedicated to this type of application on structures: detection of lesions, cracks and discontinuities, cracks, analysis through accelerograms and vibrational analysis, potentiometric displacement sensors and LVDT.

The structure monitoring systems developed have been used by public territorial bodies and companies specialised in the field of structure monitoring systems located in various regions of Italy and in foreign countries.

We produce the Structural-X structural monitoring system which can also be managed remotely, both for system tuning and post-processing of the acquired data, all thanks to wireless technologies such as UMTS, GPRS, GSM, ADSL. Thanks to our flexibility, the standard structural monitoring system can be supplied complete with sensors and installation.

From the study of the problem, to the choice of the most suitable sensors, to the eventual implementation of the monitoring software, we can dedicate specific resources to each phase of the order. Strain gauges for evolutionary crack monitoring, plate crack gauges for checking cracks in buildings or structures, piezoelectric and capacitive accelerometers for dynamic analysis, temperature and humidity sensors are among the types of structure sensors that can be used.
