DESCRIPTION
With this project, the company intends to innovate its production methods with a view to discalability, integration, efficiency and customer orientation, in order to strengthen its presence in the market of metal-mechanical contracting in the context of Industry 4.0.
OBJECTIVES
To innovate the production framework currently used for software development for customers in the engineering sector, moving from a traditional architecture on a local area network to an architecture oriented toward scalability, the cloud, and the use of different operating systems: a new way of writing software that also allows software to be offered "as a service" with subscription formulas.
RESULTS
- Ability to manage a huge amount of data (Big Data): the new architecture will allow to make usable in a short time data present in the company, through toolspersonalized to access the mass of data that continuously suppliers, factories and customers produce.
- Software accessibility even via the cloud.
- Ability to createapplications that connect to manufacturing products (IoT) to predict failures (predictive maintenance).
- Reliability of theapplications present at our customers.
