UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality System Certification is a stimulus to question management, organizational and communication dynamics

IRS since October 2003 has achieved, thanks to the active and participatory contribution of all company components, Quality Certification of its Quality Management System for the design, production and marketing activities of data acquisition systems and components (first UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and then UNI EN ISO 9001:2015).

Certification for IRS is an important goal achieved, but it is not a definitive milestone: the management's decision to obtain Quality System Certification was the impetus to question its management, organizational and communication dynamics in order to improve the delivery of its products and services.

This dynamic process involves repeated moments of verification of the System, which can point toward further important goals, with a view to the continuous improvement required by the standards.

IRS has established a quality policy that has as its main objective the focus on the Customer and stakeholders through continuous improvement of its processes and design/product.

Company management ensures that the structure is aware of the importance of pursuing the fulfillment of customer and legal requirements. The entire company is therefore committed to programs that are pursued through the involvement of all areas of the company, regarding:

a. Motivation, empowerment, merit recognition and professional development of employees measured by means of special indices;

b. the achievement of quality objectives by providing customers with products that meet contractual standards;

c. continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction through suitable means of survey and analysis such as "Complaint Management";

d. the use of facilities and resources in order to produce what is required in compliance with applicable regulations;

e. the use of technologically advanced support systems in order to enable highly innovative graphic-design processing;

f. Continuous research of experimenting with new products to ensure innovative service and to be able to offer diversified solutions;

g. Ensure customer support both during design development and in the realization of their product;

h. Continuously improve the performance of the Quality System.
